Job Description

  • TT analysis and reporting in all network levels such as Root Cause / Sub Cause analysis.
  • Change request analysis and risk management.
  • Handling, follow-up, and management of the internal and external procedures.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Focus on improvement of the internal and external processes.
  • SLA & OLA management.
  • Network safety and security management.

Requirements:

  • Core/Roaming knowledge and experience in the field or FO teams.
  • +3 years experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • Knowledge in Core/Roaming/BSS/OSS for all vendors.
  • Familiar with all types of switches, nodes, and routers in telecommunication networks.
  • Familiar with managing service procedures and roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Can work under project pressure.
  • Result oriented.
  • Adequate English skills.
