Job Description
- TT analysis and reporting in all network levels such as Root Cause / Sub Cause analysis
- Change Request Analysis and Risk management
- Handling, follow up and management of internal and external procedure
- Customer relationship management
- Focus for improvement of internal and external process
- SLA & OLA management
- Network safety and security management
Requirements
- Core / Roaming knowledge and experience in field or FO Teams
- +3 years experience in telecommunication industry
- Have knowledge in Core/Roaming/BSS/OSS for all vendors
- Familiar with all type of switch, nodes and routers in telecommunication network,
- Familiar with Manage Service procedures and roles
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (specially excel).
- Can work under project pressure
- Result oriented
- Adequate English skills.
