Job Description
- TT analysis and reporting in all network levels such as Root Cause / Sub Cause analysis.
- Change request analysis and risk management.
- Handling, follow-up, and management of the internal and external procedures.
- Customer relationship management.
- Focus on improvement of the internal and external processes.
- SLA & OLA management.
- Network safety and security management.
Requirements:
- Core/Roaming knowledge and experience in the field or FO teams.
- +3 years experience in the telecommunication industry.
- Knowledge in Core/Roaming/BSS/OSS for all vendors.
- Familiar with all types of switches, nodes, and routers in telecommunication networks.
- Familiar with managing service procedures and roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Can work under project pressure.
- Result oriented.
- Adequate English skills.
