At Novo Nordisk Pars in Tehran, the position of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist provides you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for diabetic patients.

The Patient Access & Public Affairs (PAPA) department mainly works on external stakeholder management at the level of policymakers and governmental organizations especially the Ministry of Health and the Iran Food and Drug Administration. This department is improving patient access to the best treatment options at a reasonable price and creating public awareness about diabetes disease and complications.

The position:

As a CRM specialist, you will:

  • Configure and maintain the CRM system in accordance with business needs and best practices, manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure data quality standards are upheld.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, develop processes for data cleansing and deduplication, generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users, troubleshoot issues, and create user guides to enhance system navigation and usage.
  • Automate workflows within the CRM system to enhance efficiency and productivity and stay updated on best practices and tools for CRM reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, ICT, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to develop MCE plans, facilitate information flow, and ensure system accessibility and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • A relevant academic background, e.g. Computer Engineering Software, Business Administration, or any similar fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the CRM department, freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in creating advanced dashboards, Power BI, advanced Excel, and knowledge of SQL is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
