Job Description

  • Implement and maintain CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.

  • Provide training and support on CRM best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Ability to analyze LRFM.
  • Proven experience in CRM management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficient in Office software, especially Excel.
  • Ability in negotiation techniques.
  • High public relations.
  • Regular and persistent.
