Daria Chem Trading Company specializes in sourcing and supplying raw materials for the oil, gas, petrochemical, lubricant additives, paint, coating, and polymer industries. As a reputable private company, we seek an experienced Customer Support to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

1.Assist with the onboarding process for new customers.
2.Resolve sales team complaints and issues efficiently.
3.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
4.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5.Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
6.Utilize ERP systems for managing customer data and orders.
7.Offer support in the preparation of performance reports.
8.Assist in overseeing orders and ensuring compliance with customs and customers' requirements.

Requirements:

1.Relevant experience in customer support and logistics coordination.
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
3.Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
