Responsibilities:

• Assist with the onboarding process for new customers.
• Resolve sales team complaints and issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize ERP systems for managing customer data and orders.
• Offer support in the preparation of performance reports.
• Assist in overseeing orders and ensuring compliance with customs and customers' requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in customer support and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
