Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis on various aspects of our business operations, including processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business requirements, and define performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to support ongoing operations and decision-making processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of process changes and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in project teams and contribute to data analysis, problem-solving, and project planning efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an operations analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Python, Grafana, Power BI, and data visualization software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
