Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and monitor data infrastructure including data warehouse and OLAP.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align data infrastructure with organizational objectives.
• Monitor query and ETL pipeline performance, ensuring acceptable performance criteria.
• Create visualizations and reports for projects.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using various data sources, defining business KPIs.
• Support the business with a proactive attitude, prioritizing activities based on value.
• Run ad-hoc data analyses to identify business opportunities and recommend actions using data storytelling techniques.

Requirements:

• Experienced in BI solutions.
• Experienced in T-SQL and proficient in dimensional modeling techniques.
• Practical experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields for one job, Master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Attention to detail, well-organized, and ability to work towards tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data using statistical techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled in query and database performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux tools
• Skilled in data quality principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL Server administration tasks.
• Experience with Python and PyData tools.
• Understanding data warehouse, data mart, and data model.
• Passionate about data analysis and problem-solving.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
