We seek a qualified individual to join our team as the deputy of operations to the CEO at a reputable company in Iran's tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating policies, procedures, and plans to local and mid-level managers.
Overseeing the proper execution of duties across branches and headquarters.
Updating and improving operational plans and procedures.
Regularly reporting the above tasks to the CEO is a core part of this role.
Requirements:
Age: 25 to 35 years old (younger candidates will be prioritized).
Education: A background in engineering (a Master’s degree in management is considered a plus).
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English for formal correspondence (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Record: Clean criminal record and no history of substance abuse (a full recommendation letter from the previous employer is required).
Flexibility: Willingness to work in various cities (Tehran, Isfahan, Rasht, and potentially abroad) for specified periods.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
