Job Description

We seek a qualified individual to join our team as the deputy of operations to the CEO at a reputable company in Iran's tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicating policies, procedures, and plans to local and mid-level managers.
  2. Overseeing the proper execution of duties across branches and headquarters.
  3. Updating and improving operational plans and procedures.
  4. Regularly reporting the above tasks to the CEO is a core part of this role.

Requirements:

  • Age: 25 to 35 years old (younger candidates will be prioritized).
  • Education: A background in engineering (a Master’s degree in management is considered a plus).
  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written English for formal correspondence (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
  • Record: Clean criminal record and no history of substance abuse (a full recommendation letter from the previous employer is required).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in various cities (Tehran, Isfahan, Rasht, and potentially abroad) for specified periods.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Our company specializes in managing modern accommodations, including hostels and luxury boutique hotels. Each branch operates independently with its own management and staff.
