About Lux Hotel:

Lux Hotel is an upcoming five-star luxury destination designed to redefine hospitality excellence. Nestled in a premium location and built over 12 floors, the hotel features 176 elegantly designed rooms and suites, four upscale dining venues, a luxurious spa for men and women, a state-of-the-art fitness center, event spaces, and lush outdoor areas including a tennis court and garden lounge.

As we approach our grand opening, we are looking for an exceptional general manager to lead the hotel’s launch and oversee all aspects of daily operations with passion, professionalism, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-opening process, including recruitment, SOP implementation, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring service excellence and alignment with Lux Hotel’s brand standards.
  • Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Develop a culture of guest-centric service and high team engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and corporate requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, local partners, and media.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hotel management experience, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role in a 5-star property.
  • Demonstrated success in pre-opening or launch-phase leadership is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and leadership presence.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • A degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
