Who You Are:
You are curious, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy solving problems before they become bigger issues. You have an analytical mindset, but you also know how to work collaboratively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders. You are proactive rather than reactive—you don’t wait for problems to happen; you look for ways to improve systems, automate repetitive tasks, and make processes smoother.
You are someone who loves learning new technologies, takes ownership of your work, and stays calm under pressure. You believe reliability, speed, and security are not optional—they are the foundation of great products.
