Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites.
  • Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide regular reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in digital marketing for the pharmaceutical sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing effective strategies.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines, such as FDA guidelines for drug promotion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, medical affairs, and legal/regulatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and drive results.
