To manage the provision of comprehensive and precise user requirements and create and refine detailed user stories.
To liaise with IT, Network, and Irancell Labs divisions to align technical, network, and testing capabilities with user needs.
To ensure all deliverables reflect the organization’s priorities and customer-focused outcomes.
To monitor and ensure adherence to best practices in requirements documentation to facilitate smooth project execution.
To ensure all new technological developments in terms of product development, including AI/ML features, are included in the products.
Responsibilities:
To manage defining and documenting clear and comprehensive user requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations for Waterfall projects.
To oversee the creation and refinement of user stories; ensuring clarity, completeness, and prioritization for Agile projects.
To establish and enforce high standards for all requirements documentation to facilitate smooth project delivery by the IT, Network, and Irancell Labs teams.
To work closely with the IT Division to ensure technical feasibility and proper interpretation of requirements.
To lead agile product development on all channels and customer touchpoints to have omnichannel.
To lead product life cycle management processes to ensure product growth based on the targets and to also lead all aspects of product operations including monitoring, maintenance, and promotional plans.
To partner with the Irancell Labs to facilitate testing, validation, and deployment of products based on the defined requirements or user stories.
To collaborate with the General Manager to align product requirements with Marketing and Digital Services objectives; while leading, mentoring, and managing a team of professionals responsible for gathering and documenting user requirements and stories.
To lead the design and implementation of products and services loyalty strategies and proper communication plans in different lifecycle stages of products in cooperation with the Brand team.
To oversee the delivery of user requirements or user stories for projects to enhance telecom products and services.
To monitor the translation of user needs into actionable development tasks, ensuring alignment with the project vision.
To develop and manage roadmaps for product requirements and user stories in coordination with the General Manager and other stakeholders.
To ensure alignment of all deliverables with project timelines, budgets, and organizational goals.
To have cross-functional interaction with S&D, NWG, ITS, CR, and Legal and Regulatory for proper and on-time delivery of new P&S.
To lead and fully support business configuration (BC)/business requirement of charging & billing systems such as OSS/Operation/support and any activity on relative nodes.
To design and implement Change Requests (CRs) of information/logic based on business or stakeholder requirements with maximum system smoothness and avoiding duplication
To define and monitor standard SLAs and implement quality controls and departmental standards related to the product/services, business configuration, and operation to meet required quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
To analyze processes or data to support CRA/government requests for any business activity related to the team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product development, telecom services, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Proven experience in defining and delivering user requirements and stories in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Familiarity with telecom product development lifecycles, including collaboration with IT, Network, and Development divisions.
Experience showing strong knowledge of requirement-gathering methodologies and best practices, exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-divisional teams, and proven leadership and team management capabilities
Experience showing understanding of telecom technologies, IT systems, and network architectures, and knowledge of data-driven decision-making and analytics tools
