Job Description

The digital transformation supervisor plays a central role in the organization's digital transformation efforts. This position is responsible for leading, planning, supervising, and supporting digital projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, data transparency, process speed, and decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation projects: Design, plan, and implement digitalization projects in key departments such as sales, HR, finance, production, and supply chain.
  • Analyze digital and process needs: Identify bottlenecks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities in existing processes from a digital perspective.
  • Change management and digital culture: Promote and foster a culture of digital transformation across the organization.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Act as a liaison between technical, operational, and managerial departments.
  • Monitor implementation of digital solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to select and deploy appropriate digital tools and systems.
  • Reporting and performance monitoring: Design and deliver dashboards and KPIs for digital project tracking.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of digital transformation concepts, organizational agility, BPM, and technology-driven project management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (such as Power BI or equivalents), process modeling (BPMN), and enterprise automation platforms.
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications, especially in data analytics, decision automation, and natural language-based systems (e.g., chatbots, and copilots).

  • Creative mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent skills in presentation, documentation, and internal training.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Systems Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, information systems, or IT project management.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is considered a plus.
