Job Description

  • Plan medical-reps team activities to achieve sales target objectives.
  • Keep the team updated about the market news, competitors, etc.
  • Responsible for medical representatives' action plans and reports.
  • Provide appropriate feedback on reports.
  • Lead and coach medical reps on how to handle sales challenges.
  • KOL management via double visits.
  • Check the KPIs for medical representatives and follow up on them regularly.
  • Monitor inventory stock in distribution branches.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop team members.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in related positions.
  • Experience in a “similar position” is an advantage.
  • Proficient in leading and coaching.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and MS Office.
  • Flexibility for working hours.
  • Able to travel inside the country.
