Job Description
- Plan medical-reps team activities to achieve sales target objectives.
- Keep the team updated about the market news, competitors, etc.
- Responsible for medical representatives' action plans and reports.
- Provide appropriate feedback on reports.
- Lead and coach medical reps on how to handle sales challenges.
- KOL management via double visits.
- Check the KPIs for medical representatives and follow up on them regularly.
- Monitor inventory stock in distribution branches.
- Manage, motivate, and develop team members.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- At least 5 years of work experience in related positions.
- Experience in a “similar position” is an advantage.
- Proficient in leading and coaching.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English and MS Office.
- Flexibility for working hours.
- Able to travel inside the country.
