  • Product sales planning.
  • Research and study competitor movements in the target market.
  • Identify and pursue sales goals in the area of supervision.
  • Control the rate of product returns and strive to reduce this rate.
  • Coordinate between areas of supervision areas.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Plan and direct staff, train, and evaluate performance to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • Review operational records and project sales reports and determine profitability.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  • Plan promotional services and secure information about equipment and customer specifications.
