Job Description
- Overseeing and supervising all immigration caseworkers and client files.
- Responding to applicant inquiries throughout the process as needed.
- Training caseworkers as needed.
- Handling complex cases as required.
- Direct manager: CEO.
- Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm.
- Travel requirements: No.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in obtaining student admissions.
- Expertise in resume and motivation letter writing.
- Comprehensive understanding of student visa processes for various countries.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (minimum IELTS score of 7).
- Fluency in spoken English.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in immigration admissions.
- Experience in team management.
Management Skills:
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of a team.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with applicants, universities, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Patience and commitment to providing quality service.
