Job Description

As an electronic content specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the electronic product catalog on the Digikala website. You will work with various teams to ensure that the products are displayed with accurate, relevant, and attractive content that can drive traffic and conversion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recognize the differences between the products in this category.
  • Product onboarding and data entry to add new ones, update the existing ones, and ensure the quality of electronic product pages.
  • Manage the Digikala content and product “go-live” schedule to ensure that products are activated promptly.
  • Update and maintenance to keep the catalog relevant, and accurate to the last detail.
  • Product description writing to create unique, informative, and engaging product descriptions.
  • A+ content creation to provide customers with all the pertinent information for informed decision-making.
  • Image editing and processing, ensuring high-quality, clear, and visually appealing product images.
  • Optimize the product listing with the finest, SEO-friendly content and exceptional quality product images to push the product to the top of the rankings.
  • Design product feature tables within product families, choosing related products for cross-sell, up-sell, etc.
  • Report potential bugs or blockers that might affect team productivity and targets.
  • Transfer knowledge to new colleagues and help them with their questions and problems.
  • Communicate the agreed content creation strategy to the editing, photography, and creative studio teams.
  • Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • High-level knowledge of electronic products.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills, intuitive, and highly solution-oriented.
  • Keeping on best professional behavior and avoiding issues of personal ethics.
  • Adopting a teamwork-based spirit and avoiding privacy violations or tension with coworkers.
  • A proper knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • SEO and copywriting knowledge.
  • Familiar with GA (Google Analytics).
  • Able to search the electronic products effectively and compare with related products.
  • Appropriate English level (advanced) is a plus.
