Job Description

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and develop PLC programs in Siemens and Beckhoff TwinCAT systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot laser systems and alignment processes.
• Skill in replacing and adjusting parameters of variable frequency drives such as Siemens, Lenze, Omron, and Delta.
• Ability to read control and power circuits and design new circuits based on need.
• Knowledge of ancillary machinery such as dust systems, compressors, and humidifiers.
• Knowledge of the plant's electrical distribution system and its maintenance.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues, managers, and shareholders.
• Ability to prepare machinery performance reports and present them to management.
