To liaise with enterprise business support teams to resolve EB account sales process issues.
To interact and provide the presales engineering team with timely feedback on customers’ new requirements.
To implement enterprise account management programs in assigned enterprise segments (Public Enterprises, Private Large Enterprises (LE), or Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)) in alignment with MTNIrancell’s sales policies, objectives, and requirements.
To ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of products and services to EB accounts as per agreed terms.
To meet and exceed sales targets as prescribed for EB accounts.
To lead the selling of existing solutions by utilizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and help launch a new array of convergence solutions in the EB accounts.
To update sales pipelines, register new opportunities related to existing accounts, and follow them in the CRM system.
To implement EB accounts sales plan aligned with MTNIrancell marketing and business plan.
To recommend and promote training on the use of MTNIrancell products for new accounts to reduce after-sales inquiries.
To provide proposals and offer solutions regarding the EB accounts requirements.
To involve and collaborate in launching new EB accounts products.
To develop and implement operational procedures to increase sales performance.
To analyze and prepare quotes and tenders based on EB accounts information.
To prepare weekly and monthly sales status reports for the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Financial, Marketing, or Communications) or related fields.
Fluent in English.
At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others; 2 years of sales and general business experience.
