Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and control project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead project teams and provide mentoring to junior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing EPC projects in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
