Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead project teams and provide mentoring to junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing EPC projects in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PMBOK.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
