Job Description
- Create documentation for all related business processes and procedures.
- Make improvements to processes.
- Design, analyze, and control process indexes and provide feedback.
- System analysis and suggest new ways to modify processes and make them more efficient.
- Communicate updates to processes and policies and provide training for new processes:
- Internal audit and self-inspection;
- CAPA management;
- Change management;
- Training management system;
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related experience.
- 1 year of working experience is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Familiar with quality management systems and process management.
- Good documentation and raining practice skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Result-oriented, hardworking, motivated, team worker, and problem solver.
- Good command of English.
