Ethics and Business Integrity Coordinator

Job Description

• Create documentation for all related business processes and procedures.
• Make improvements to processes.
• Design, analyze, and control process indexes and provide feedback.
• System analysis and suggest new ways to modify processes and make them more efficient.
• Communicate updates to processes and policies and provide training for new processes:

1. Internal audit and self-inspection
2. CAPA management
3. Change management
4. Training management system

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related experience.
• 1 year of working experience is preferable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Familiar with quality management systems and process management.
• Good documentation and raining practice skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Result-oriented, hardworking, motivated, team worker, and problem solver.
• Good command of English.
