Job Description

The objective of the role:

Increase the speed and quality of the visa process for our customers. Also, assist the executive admin with all daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate German resumes, CVs, personal statements, recommendation letters, and emails, and fill out forms for clients in German.
  • Assist in document preparation for clients in different phases of the immigration process.
  • Coordinate with team members and get advice to create all necessary documents and files.
  • Check the proof of all German documents and texts.
  • Report to the executive admin.
  • Collaboration type: full-time - onsite.
  • Location: Elahieh - Fereshteh.
  • Probation period: 3 months with pay.
  • Working hours:10:00 am to 6:00 pm; off days: 2 days a week.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in German Translation is considered an advantage.
  • German proficiency level: B1- B2.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a German translator/interpreter/teacher.
  • Discipline and teamwork skills.
