Job Description

The Main Objective of the Role:

The executive assistant is responsible for administrative support, and special event coordination, and is responsible for managing the everyday affairs of the office. S/he must be a self-starter who can be discreet and hold sensitive information in the strictest confidence. This position reports to the CEO and COO.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the human resources department, including recruitment, retention, and training within the organization.
  • Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the CEO and COO and report the results immediately.
  • Arrange, manage, and organize the CEO and COO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
  • Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to provide payroll reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance and administrative departments, sales and marketing.
  • Manage and follow up on tasks for full-time, part-time, and contractor personnel.
  • Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage organizational meetings and conferences.
  • Manage organizational affairs, including scheduling meetings, and preparing letters.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing (meetings, emails, letters, packages).
  • Access to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records,
  • spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Probation period: 2 months.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a university degree from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related positions.
  • Computer skills.
  • Fluent in English (reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Multitasking capabilities.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Time management skills.
