The executive assistant is responsible for administrative support, and special event coordination, and is responsible for managing the everyday affairs of the office. S/he must be a self-starter who can be discreet and hold sensitive information in the strictest confidence. This position reports to the CEO and COO.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the human resources department, including recruitment, retention, and training within the organization.
Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the CEO and COO and report the results immediately.
Arrange, manage, and organize the CEO and COO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to provide payroll reports.
Collaborate with the finance and administrative departments, sales and marketing.
Manage and follow up on tasks for full-time, part-time, and contractor personnel.
Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
Manage organizational meetings and conferences.
Manage organizational affairs, including scheduling meetings, and preparing letters.
Manage all incoming and outgoing (meetings, emails, letters, packages).
Access to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records,
spreadsheets, and databases.
Arrange travel and accommodation.
Probation period: 2 months.
Requirements:
Preferably a university degree from a reputable university.
At least 2 years of experience in related positions.
Computer skills.
Fluent in English (reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening).
Multitasking capabilities.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
Ability to work as a team.
Time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate working.
