Create and build a market through finding new prospects and retaining existing clientele by demonstrating excellent customer service.
Contact and follow up with the customers on a daily basis, by calling and or other contacting mediums.
Support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract.
Prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales.
Resolve the problems that customers may face, and prepare documents to support him/her on the shipment or release of their goods purchased from our company.
Follow up on the payments from customers.
Report to the managing director and the sales manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields or an MBA graduate.
Good knowledge of MS Office may be an asset.
At least 3 years of foreign sales experience.
Negotiation and sales skills.
Tidy, punctual, result-oriented, a good negotiator, a team player, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convince customers of different world cultures.
