Job Description
- Help the sales team in the preparation and processing of export documents.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and update their information
- Keep accurate records of export transactions and customer interactions.
- Communicate with different units of the organization to track and improve customer service.
- Support and participate in market research activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Ability to solve the problem.
- Fluent in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
