Job Description
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement export strategies to drive growth in existing and new international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product penetration and assess competitive landscapes.
Sales & Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in international markets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to export operations.
Brand Representation:
- Act as the brand ambassador, promoting our products at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Communicate brand values and ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on changes in international trade policies, tariffs, and restrictions.
- Ensure all export activities align with local and international laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in export management, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding markets and achieving sales targets.
