Job Description

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement export strategies to drive growth in existing and new international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product penetration and assess competitive landscapes.

Sales & Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in international markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to export operations.

Brand Representation:

  • Act as the brand ambassador, promoting our products at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Communicate brand values and ensure consistent messaging across all markets.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated on changes in international trade policies, tariffs, and restrictions.
  • Ensure all export activities align with local and international laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in export management, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding markets and achieving sales targets.
