Summary:

As a Field IT & Service Intern, you'll jump right into our exciting projects, working closely with our skilled team to provide IT technical support (installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting) for Roche’s IT solutions and software at customer sites. But here's the exciting part—we're not just searching for a regular IT expert. We need someone with a special flair, someone who's not afraid to think differently and come up with fresh and innovative ideas.

You will be prepared to manage the following responsibilities:

  • Support the technical support team in IT and service-related issues at customer sites.
  • Perform he installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines and IT products.
  • Provide consultation on connectivity solutions, regulatory compliance, security, and virus protection concerns, and the implementation of IT products to ensure goals and objectives of Roche products are installed and Integrated via HL7 and ASTM with Hospital/Laboratory Information System (HIS/LIS), within the prescribed timeframe and cost parameters.
  • Support the Sales team in IT-related products during sales visits and any other IT technical requirements.
  • Conduct proper presentations for Roche IT solutions.
  • Implement Roche IT solutions for combining analytics and pre- / post-analytics with sample and data flow concepts to enable total lab solutions.
  • Conduct customer training regarding the proper use and troubleshooting of Roche IT solutions and systems, and document customer training as per Roche standards.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, Networking, Electronics, and Mechatronics; a post-graduate degree and/or project management certification are preferred.
  • You are committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions.
  • You are mobile and willing to travel to customer sites inside/outside IRAN.
  • You are strong in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills both oral and written, and are able to convince.
  • You are familiar with English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • A military end-of-service card is required for men.
