Job Description

  • Business partner, with direct communication with top management (local, regional, and global).
  • Ensure corporate governance based on corporate standards.
  • Prepare month-end closing financials P&L with reporting to top management.
  • Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; provide trends and forecasts; explain processes and techniques; recommend actions.
  • Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; and recommending actions to management.
  • Maintain technical and soft skill knowledge by attending educational workshops and training.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
