Job Description
- Proactively investigate all tax issues for the company as they arise under the general supervision of the financial controller.
- Control tax returns of entities, and ensure submission on a timely basis.
- Develop and maintain tax planning strategies to ensure tax efficiency.
- Ownership of all issues related to foreign invoices and bilateral tax agreements.
- Maintain relations with all government tax offices and officers.
- Develop and maintain liaison with tax advisers, including full certification, investigation, and tax audits.
- Manage all other ad-hoc tax issues as they arise.
- Take an active role in deferred tax calculations with the financial planning and reporting team.
- Update members so FLT and about significant amendments to the tax regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or Finance.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- At least 6 years of business experience in finance.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Understanding ERP system.
- Excellent communication skills and a motivator of change.
- Capable of analyzing the financial impact of potential strategic business decisions.
- Self-confident, flexible, and proactive.
- Effective management skills to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within the company and handle relationships with external parties.
