Job Description

A financial analyst at AMAJ Capital private equity firm analyzes financial data and helps improve financial decisions. This role includes economic analysis and the tracing of financial trends, which are explained below in terms of the abilities and conditions and the most important duties of this job position.

Some of the Main Tasks:

  • Analyzing financial statements and compiling necessary management reports.
  • Creating financial models to analyze trends, predict, value, and evaluate financial risk.
  • Developing various financial models for valuation to merge and acquisition and capital increase process.
  • Preparing and compiling feasibility reports and business models.
  • Reviewing, researching, and analyzing business and important financial events in foreign markets.
  • Checking and monitoring the annual budget and preparing the quarterly budget review report (if needed).
  • Reporting and presenting progress reports to the senior managers.
  • Communicating and cooperating with clients and updating them about the progress of the project.
  • Holding meetings with customers and project managers.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Financial Management, Commerce, E-Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in related fields.

Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principles.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Impeccable research, quantitative, and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • English level: at least B2.
