Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation and implement financial strategies.
• Oversee, control, and manage all financial and accounting processes.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management.
• Manage liquidity through appropriate controls on income, expenses, and financial risk management.
• Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other management reports.
• Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs, as well as predict future revenues and financial commitments for proper planning and preparation.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute business plans.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Financial Management.
• At least 5 years of work experience in finance, preferably in a startup ecosystem.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software (such as Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate financial reports
• Management skills and the ability to lead the financial team.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with other departments
• Familiarity with the country's financial and tax and Insurance laws.
