Financial Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and counsel.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• Report variances and perform analysis on the company's financial performance.
• Oversee financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements.
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity.
• Provide strategic financial input to management, including financial analysis and projections.
• Maintain and improve systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Financial, Insurance, or Banking Management.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
