Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cost analysis and management.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans, including annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor cash flows, optimize working capital, and provide the financial resources needed to support the growth and development of the plant.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board of directors and senior management, along with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and improve internal control systems to increase the accuracy and transparency of financial information and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of investment projects and provide optimal solutions for managing financial resources.
  • Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure full alignment between financial strategies and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in finance; and 4 years of experience in management, with a special focus on industrial accounting and cost management in manufacturing organizations.
  • Minimum age: 30 years old

Skills:

  • Mastery of financial and accounting software, especially Rahkaran.
  • Mastery of tax, labor, and social security laws.
  • Mastery of advanced financial analysis, budget management, and presentation of strategic reports.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industrial production processes and related financial challenges.
