As we continue this journey, we are seeking a capable, forward-thinking, and strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance team.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the organization's financial function, driving financial planning initiatives, and supporting strategic business decisions. By providing sound financial leadership and insight, you will play a vital role in achieving SanaPharmed's strategic objectives, creating long-term value, and supporting our mission of improving patient health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and business plans.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and the company's financial resources with a strategic approach.
Prepare and present financial, analytical, and management reports to the CEO and Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and recommend effective business solutions.
Manage financial risks while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, legal requirements, and statutory obligations.
Lead both the Financial Accounting and Management Accounting teams while developing the capabilities and performance of team members.
Build and maintain effective relationships with auditors, banks, investors, financial advisors, and other key financial stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and performance control.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, insurance requirements, and relevant legal frameworks.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in developing and managing high-performing finance teams.
Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/ERP systems.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage.
