Job Description
The person in charge of this job is responsible for coordinating and determining the products to be sent, taking into account the inventory of the products in Tehran's northwest and southwest provinces with Tehran's sales unit and calculating the indicators of product storage and logistics, and possible changes in the tasks assigned are within the scope of authority.
Responsibilities:
Coordination with the sales unit to determine the products sent to the sales representatives:
Update of the Comprehensive Trade System (NTSW), which includes the following:
- Registration of production statement.
- Registering sales consignments sent to sales representatives.
- Registration of bills for lading was sent to the Tehran warehouse.
Updating the solution software, which includes the following:
- Registration of receipt documents from production.
- Registration of sales documents according to ordering in coordination with the Tehran sales unit.
- Registering the delivery documents from the sale printing the outgoing remittance obtaining signatures and delivering the coordinating buffer.
Preparation of related reports:
- Calculation of warehouse key indicators.
- Calculation of key logistics indicators.
- Insurance policies - bills of lading - and possible damage reports for trucks.
- Archive relevant documents.
