Job Description
Purpose:
Work closely with all departments in Zanjan Factory and ensure accurate financial reporting and presentation on time. Look for opportunities to improve financial performance by means of improved control, support for the implementation of business projects, leading to operational efficiency. Ensure all financial data represents the actual status quo of the organization and follows JTI accounting standards and internal controls (J-SOX). Be the custodian of the annual strategic plan, OL cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting of actuals is conducted promptly through JTI systems following the global calendar.
- Variance analysis of financial statements explained with business drivers behind and all critical deviations addressed and corrected, while significant variances are escalated.
- Ensure regular forecasting activities (ASP, OL) capture all details involved in the operation, and all HODs understand and respect their input to overall performance. Provide all HODs and responsible managers in the organization with support on how to control, estimate, and correct financial inputs.
- Control over the execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects, reporting, and follow-up on capital spend on a monthly cycle.
- Provide financial assessment of Capex projects and ensure meaningful ROI to support project implementation approval.
- Accountable for all financial reports.
- Ensure that critical VMC measures are recorded and reported transparently, with appropriate action plans developed and executed to capture them.

- Idle depreciation.
- Provisions & accruals.
- Write-offs.
- Ensure finance department resources are planned and executed sufficiently, the people management of the department addresses the development needs of employees, and improves people performance and role substitution.
- Perform any other tasks commissioned by the direct supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidance, internal regulations, and work performance instructions.
Competencies:
- A degree in Finance.
- At least 4 years of experience in leading of financial department of an organization.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Financial reporting and analysis, capital investments control, people management skills, communication, and negotiation skills.
