Fleet Supervisor

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for keeping the level of the service up:
• Preparing fleet monthly KPIs.
• Keeping up-to-date PM file for checking Periodical maintenance, Services and Tire change based on file estimations
• Preparing and Updating VAF report, Participation in the project of reducing VAF
• Checking IK co.'s repair and maintenance invoices
• Holding DDC session for new joiners and DDC refreshment for all job car users
• Participating in EHS committee and root causing all of incidents
• Fleet cost and maintenance budgeting
• Keep Up-to-date warehouse stock
• Monitoring and checking GPS portal and maintenance service
• Booking and following the GRs.

Responsibilities:
• Keeping up-to-date PM file for checking Periodical maintenance, Services and Tire change based on file estimation.
• Preparing and Updating VAF report, Participation in the project of reducing the VAF.
• Holding DDC sessions for new joiners and DDC refreshment for all job car users.
• Budgeting and planning for vehicle replacement and purchasing.
• Supervising fleet member tasks and activities.

Competencies requirements:
• Minimum bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum 3 years' experience in related Field
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Time Management
• Teamwork spirit
• Organized and disciplined
• Having car technical knowledge and related brainstorming ability
