Job Description

Analyze the offers, issue purchase orders; follow up, and expedite the process in order to meet ETAs.
Negotiate with suppliers and sourcing.
Pursue the necessary permits, financial and commercial affairs related to foreign trade.
Prepare and handle all necessary documentation for shipping documents, customs affairs, commercial registration, and banking procedures.
Do all exporting processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, shipping, and delivery schedules, and customs clearance.
Control and follow up on all commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, and feedback).
Communicate effectively and contribute positively to team efforts.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields, Management, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in purchasing.
Familiar with all the new rules and regulations in export.
Knowledge of international shipping, INCOTERMS, banking, currency, and documentary credit.
Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
Excellent data reporting and analysis skills.
Strong interpersonal and team-related skills.
Familiar with RAHKARAN.
Ideal age range: 28 to 35 years old.
Fluent in English.
Gender preference: Female.
