Job Description

  • Analyze the offers, issue purchase orders; follow up, and expedite the process in order to meet ETAs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and sourcing.
  • Pursue the necessary permits, financial and commercial affairs related to foreign trade.
  • Prepare and handle all necessary documentation for shipping documents, customs affairs, commercial registration, and banking procedures.
  • Do all exporting processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, shipping, and delivery schedules, and customs clearance.
  • Control and follow up on all commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, and feedback).
  • Communicate effectively and contribute positively to team efforts.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Familiar with all the new rules and regulations in export.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, INCOTERMS, banking, currency, and documentary credit.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent data reporting and analysis skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-related skills.
  • Familiar with RAHKARAN.
  • Ideal age range: 28 to 35 years old.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Gender preference: Female.
