Job Description

  • Receiving pre-invoices and orders through correspondence and conversation with foreign sellers and finding new sources with better quality and price to register in the system of industry, mining, and trade Import license.
  • Receiving documentation necessary for opening the bank bill and remittance, such as receipt of inspection acceptance certificate, insurance policy, and import license of goods.
  • Following up on orders, shipping, and tracking of goods entering customs by correspondence and conversation with the shipping company to determine the status and location of goods, compliance with shipping standards, and shipping duration with the least waste.
  • Collecting shipping company invoices and clearance cost factors, tracking payment of goods entry fees and related guarantee checks through the preparation of financial statements and presentation to the financial and accounting unit for timely and lawful payment.
  • Preparing shipping documents related to bank endorsement and clearance at customs through the preparation and receipt of the original shipping documents including bill of lading, warehouse bill, clearance, vendor invoice, checklist, origin certificate, certificate of inspection, insurance, and order registration, and electronic shipping statement in the banking system to receive the SATA code (Customs Declaration ID).
  • Obtaining a green customs permit and pursuing the removal of foreign exchange deposits in cooperation with the financial unit through the declaration and customs clearance based on the documents prepared in the shortest possible time, receiving an electronic butterfly receipt to meet related obligations in the banking system.
  • Information entry in the ERP system for each order and shipment, preparation of monthly price list, preparation of finished price, and financial reports to inform related units.
  • Preparing shipping reports and clearance of goods and orders (by separating the bank and monitoring the removal of bank obligations) and clearances carried out and in the hands of the action and sending documents.
  • Announcing the exact information of the output goods from customs and the documentation related to the logistics unit to carry out the correct and timely evacuation coordination.
  • Investigation and conformity of customs licenses, customs declaration documents, and clearance documents to prevent any possible conflicts and future problems
  • Attending Qazvin customs to track and track executive affairs and facilitate the clearance process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Turkish is an advantage.
  • Familiar with customs affairs.
  • Familiar with international trade laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
