A university degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
2 years of work experience in a similar position within the foreign procurement or foreign trade department of a medium to large organization.
Full proficiency in correspondence and negotiation in English.
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
Adequate familiarity with Excel software.
Experience and capability in working with commercial department-related software and systems.
Knowledge of foreign trade processes.
Familiarity with international trade regulations, including customs clearance rules, various transportation methods (sea, land, and air), and cargo insurance.
Familiarity with the regulations of the Chamber of Commerce, Trade Promotion Organization, and relevant banking rules.
Knowledge of the order registration process.
Familiarity with commercial contracts.
Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and consignment principles.
Proficiency in the process of obtaining quotations from suppliers.
