Job Description

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
  • 2 years of work experience in a similar position within the foreign procurement or foreign trade department of a medium to large organization.
  • Full proficiency in correspondence and negotiation in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Adequate familiarity with Excel software.
  • Experience and capability in working with commercial department-related software and systems.
  • Knowledge of foreign trade processes.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, including customs clearance rules, various transportation methods (sea, land, and air), and cargo insurance.
  • Familiarity with the regulations of the Chamber of Commerce, Trade Promotion Organization, and relevant banking rules.
  • Knowledge of the order registration process.
  • Familiarity with commercial contracts.
  • Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and consignment principles.
  • Proficiency in the process of obtaining quotations from suppliers.
