Job Description

A foreign commercial expert is a person who supervises and organizes the processes of delivery or receipt of goods from/to domestic or foreign markets. The mission of this role in Mammut Khodro Group is to prepare necessary documents related to business, licenses, record and maintain all transactions and invoices, and quality control and supervision for the optimal performance of related matters. In addition, this person oversees the delivery process and liaises with suppliers and transport companies to ensure that the goods are delivered to the main customer on time and in good condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on obtaining import and export licenses from relevant organizations and institutions.
  • Order activation coordination.
  • Coordinate the inspection at the destination coordinating the pre-shipment inspection interacting with the seller and following up until obtaining the inspection certificate and issuing the standard certificate.
  • Interact with trade unions and administration of industry, mining and trade, and chamber of commerce to obtain permits for goods entry.
  • Interact with the seller to obtain the contract control it and coordinate with the car importers association and the order registration department.
  • Monitor the transportation of goods per the country's regulations and organization's procedures and coordinate with shipping to plan the transportation based on the departure dates of the ships.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to get the imported goods out of customs and coordinate the international shipping insurance policy.
  • Coordinate banking affairs in the field of currency allocation and opening of letters of credit.
  • Interact with executive customs to speed up clearance and transit matters.
  • Calculate price rates, weight, customs tariffs, and volume of imported goods.
  • Supervise the preparation of documents such as invoices, receipts, and guarantee agreements, and maintain information and documents related to each declaration.
  • Communicate between banks, suppliers, warehouses, transport companies, and customers.
  • Follow up and resolve the delays that occurred during the implementation of the process of foreign trade affairs and orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Mastery of foreign business affairs.
  • Ability to prepare management reports.
  • Proficient in ICDL.
  • Proficient in NTSW.
  • Familiar with banking laws in import and export.
  • Proficient in customs laws.
  • Proficient in INCOTERMS.
  • Familiarity with SAP-ERP software is an advantage.
