Create and build a market by finding new prospects and retaining existing clients by demonstrating excellent customer service.
Contact and follow up with the customers on a daily basis, by calling and or other contacting media.
Support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract.
Prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales.
Resolve the problems that customers may face, and prepare documents to support him/her in shipment or releasing his/her goods purchased from our company.
Follow up on the payments from customers.
Report to the managing director and the export department manager.
