Job Description

  • Coordinate and handle all international commercial affairs such as order obtaining, correspondence, monitoring of order process with suppliers, such as payment, shipments, commercial registration, transporting follow-up, getting feedback, as well as upstream reports, etc.
  • Authority of order registration methods in the NTSW.
  • Authority of order registration methods in the EPL.
  • Foreign procurement specialist in the import and export procedure.
  • Follow up with prospects through e-mails, phone etc.
  • Answer inquiries and follow up on them.
  • Control and follow up on commercial activities.
  • Collect domestic & foreign market information.
  • Get price lists from suppliers.
  • Do negotiations with suppliers about quality and prices.
  • Transport planning.
  • Check foreign currency fluctuations and provide reports.
  • Analyze the future of the global market and provide reports to the management.
  • Find new suppliers.
  • Check the eligibility of new suppliers and unfamiliar new sources.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods.
  • Do custom planning.
  • Handle transportation of goods from origin to destination.
  • Handle the recording of orders and relevant archiving.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Experience in foreign commercial.
  • A university degree.
  • A good command of computer skills (MS Office, Photoshop, etc.).
  • A good knowledge of import and export laws and regulations.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing.
  • Self-disciplined and diligent.
  • Teamwork spirit. 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management is a plus.
  • Familiar with the latest INCOTERMS and import regulations.
  • Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures.
