Front-End Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using React, Next.JS, and Redux.
• Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers to create and maintain a robust design system across the organization.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript and TypeScript, adhering to clean code principles.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Implement testing strategies using Jest to ensure high code coverage.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Connect frontend applications to backend services.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a front-end developer.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.JS, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SSR, RSC, and other rendering strategies in Next.js.
• Expertise in using Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Understanding design systems and how to promote their adoption across teams.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with Jest.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.-
• Proficiency with git flows and resolving conflicts in source control.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 successful frontend products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
