Job Description
Strategic Insights:
- To provide inputs on developing and implementing long-term and short-term strategies for FTTX network deployment.
- To analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance strategic initiatives.
Last Mile Execution:
- To ensure customer requests are met in time with proper quality, both in last mile execution and customer complaints.
- To monitor vendors based on contract, announced QA manuals, instructions, and relative tools such as OSS, BSS, logistics, and GIS and keep them up to date with proper data.
- To ensure customer complaints and requests are handled in SLAs with defined qualities.
- To facilitate payments to vendors to enhance their cash flow enable them for larger scale tasks and ensure that the fastest and easiest financial processes are in place.
Project Management:
- To oversee the planning, execution, and completion of FTTX deployment projects by defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- To communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, technical teams, and execution vendors.
- To provide regular updates and reports on project status and outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
- To ensure all projects meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- To evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
Risk Management:
- To identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Innovation and Improvement:
- To stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the FTTX sector to implement innovative solutions and enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation:
- To maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes, and prepare and present reports to senior management on key metrics and achievements.
