Job Description
We seek a highly experienced full-stack developer with advanced knowledge of WordPress development, mobile application management, and a strong understanding of front-end technologies. The ideal candidate must have native-level Farsi proficiency, excellent English communication skills, and proven expertise in building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile projects efficiently.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, with work hours tracked through project management tools for accountability. Additionally, we offer flexibility for the selected candidate to take on freelance work outside official working hours and will assist in setting up profiles on global freelance platforms to help secure extra income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and PHP/Laravel-based applications.
- Lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications, including publishing, troubleshooting, and implementing updates on iOS and Android platforms.
- Design and develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JS, JSON), and XML.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data exchanges in JSON and XML formats.
- Ensure the seamless performance of web applications through security checks, performance optimization, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, offering guidance on architecture, and resolving critical issues.
- Incorporate AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock) for enhancing the back-end with AI-driven functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, user-friendly solutions that meet customer needs.
- Integrate and automate data synchronization with multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) through APIs or scraping techniques while complying with platform policies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying innovative solutions to projects.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in PHP/Laravel and WordPress development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (JS, JSON), HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel Framework, and MySQL.
- Proven experience in mobile application development, including publishing and maintenance on App Store and Google Play.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration and front-end technologies.
- Native Farsi speaker with excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable projects within deadlines.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payment platform integration and fintech applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based hosting solutions.
- Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.
