Job Description
The objective of the role:
- Increase the speed and quality of the visa process for our customers. Also, assist the executive admin with all daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Generate German resumes, CVs, personal statements, recommendation letters, and emails, and fill out forms for clients in German.
- Assist in document preparation for clients in different phases of the immigration process.
- Coordinate with team members and get advice to create all necessary documents and files.
- Check the proof of all German documents and texts.
- Report to the executive admin.
- Collaboration type: full-time - onsite.
- Location: Elahieh - Fereshteh.
- Probation period: 2 months.
- Working hours:10 am to 6 pm; off days: 2 days a week
- Benefits: a German work permit (Visa) is taken for you after a minimum 1-year collaboration.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in German Translation is considered an advantage.
- German proficiency level: B1- B2.
- At least 1 year of experience as a German translator/interpreter/teacher.
- Discipline and teamwork skills.
