Head of Account Managers

Job Description

• Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure client satisfaction and team efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing relationships, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic advertising and marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate and manage team efforts to achieve defined goals and KPIs, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Analyze client feedback and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and strategies that drive business growth.
• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain strong client relationships and trust.
• Prepare and present progress reports and strategic insights to senior management and clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and professional development within the accounts team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in account management or similar roles within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing strategies, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
• Certification in account management or project management is a plus.
